Longevity & replacement

When to Replace Your Bras
You should replace your bras every 6 to 12 months, depending on how often you wear and rotate them. Keeping 3 to 4 everyday bras in rotation helps prevent overuse and allows each bra time to rest between wears, extending their lifespan.

Signs It’s Time for a New Bra
Look out for worn seams or elastic, misshapen or poking underwires, and a poor fit. Discomfortβ€”such as digging cups, stretched-out straps, or general lack of supportβ€”also means it’s time for a replacement. Regularly checking your bras for these signs ensures you stay comfortable and well-supported cured at the center to avoid distortion.
